Some people call it Southern cooking; others call it comfort food…we call it good ole’ Country Cookin’! Food that you would get back home on the farm, made with fresh local ingredients. Through testing, trial & error, we have perfected all of our menu items. Rudy’s “Yeeeedogeeee” Ribs are seasoned with secret homemade rub and barbeque sauce. Smoked for six hours and braised for an hour, Cowboy Up’s ribs are tasty and tender, the best in the valley. You can try Cowboy Up’s Chicken Fried meals, made with either steak or chicken. Our special process of pounding, battering, and panko coating the meat creates a tender, delicious meal. Our sides, cornbread, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, macaroni salad, and beans, are made in-house. Cowboy Up even gives the nod to Rudy’s Hawaiian heritage, serving Chicken Katsu! Reservations for can be made by calling (406) 890-0269.  There is a $35 non-refundable deposit per seat.  Deposits will be applied toward your final bill.  Please be on time for your reservations.  Your reservation will be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late.

Seating is limited to 12 people indoors
and 15 outdoors.
